I’m excited to have joined the outdoor recreation planning and design firm SE Group as a Geospatial and Visual Communications Specialist in April 2026! In this role, I help improve how the firm creates and communicates with spatial analysis and cartography, turning technical information into clear, understandable visuals across each of the project teams—Communities, Mountain Resorts, and Public Lands. I collaborate with planners, designers, and technical staff to shape how spatial information supports decision-making and public engagement. Alongside project work, I also help build and maintain GIS standards, support and mentor teammates, and contribute to broader visual communication efforts that enhance the firm's work.
SE Group has been planning, permitting, and designing for outdoor recreation for more than 65 years. The firm was founded in 1958 as the first company in the country established solely to design ski areas, and the practice that grew from that work now covers trails and recreation planning, parks and open space, community planning and design, landscape architecture, interpretation and wayfinding, and cooperative planning on state and federal lands.
